I am an entrepreneur, commercial real estate advisor, and AI automation builder based in Kentucky. I run Action Advisors LLC, where I help clients navigate commercial property transactions. On the side, I build AI-powered content pipelines, smart home systems, and whatever else catches my attention long enough to ship.
